That's not bad, you just want them to be even all the way across. Try pouring about a straw full of oil into the cylinders, crank the engine in a few short bursts and try the test again. For a 22RE, the compression should be around 155-170. I don't know why the first two cylinders where so high for me. Might have been the thick oil I used.
