alright guys here's another one...my idle is around 500-250rpm's and i have already replaced the AFM...i'm ordering a new denso O2 sensor tonight so i hope that solves the problem. 25 is the air fuel mixture lean. any thoughts on what else could be causing this problem? also she lopes around when accelerating...but its not the tranny slipping

Wow a 3.0! idle around 500 - 250 rpm's? Correct? That's what you wrote!
I'll tell you what I tell everyone!, Don't throw parts at your Toyota until you know what's wrong! With that being said, I'd check for an airleak in your air intake 1st, very common to get a code like this when your sucking air in the intake, also an exhaust leak! I'd clear the codes 1st, disconnect the battery for a spell, check for exhaust and/or intake leaks, one more thing, re - adjust your TPS! (Throttle Position Sensor!) this will cause it also 10 - 4 ?
