I have 95 4Runner 3.0 with a check engine code 24 and 32. Starts and idles fine but will only rev up to 2500rpm then drop out, rev up drop out and keep going through that cycle.

I replaced the MAF and connector twice and ignition control module same thing drop out at 2500rpm.

I also already replaced the EGR valve, modulator, air intake resonator, knock sensor and connector, replaced all fuel injector connectors, pcv valve and hose, bimetal vacuum switching valve, all vacuum lines, coolant temperature sensor, intake manifolds gaskets and cleaned upper and lower intake.

What am I missing?
