clutch problem

My clutch depresses in really far it wont come up all the way i think it might be from me pressing the clutch.engage.cancel button so now it takes all my power to even shift into first gear so basically im just wondering how (if possible) i can get the clutch pedal to come back out and make it easier to shift

it isn't from hitting that button. That button allows you to start the truck without putting the clutch in. It sounds more like you need a new clutch. Are you new to driving a standard? Cuse if you are & the clutch was weak to begin with then it doesn't take much to toast it when you are learning

is it kinda spongey? its usually worth trying to bleed it before pronouncing it dead. Make sure you top off the master cyl reservior before trying to bleed it

put your foot under the clutch pedal and pull it up. Mine does the same thing sometimes. I've never bled a clutch before, but what beter time than now.
