Clutch noise

I recently bought a 94 4runner for $1200 and he said he put a new clutch in it, but it make a rattleing noise when i push the clutch pedal in, it has gotten worse recently. What could this rattling be? (clutch works fine)

Release Bearing (throwout Bearing) for sure. The guy probably replaced the friction disc, and pressure plate but not the pilot bearing or release bearing. I have seen alot of people do mindless things like this and it ends up biting them in the ass later.

I just put a new tranny in after a home rebuild gone 5k then bad. I had a spanky new dealer find throw out from my last rebuild and i figured i'd cut a shortcut. DANG. Everything is awsome but that horride noise and the red light. Got the new one waitin for a sunny day. I have gotten pretty good throwin that tranny around under there, i am going to time my self this time. Anyone one know what flat rate is for a 22re clutch replacement.
