clutch master cylinder problem!!

ok so i replaced my master cylinder for my clutch and no i have no pressure in it... how do i get pressure built back up cause its not building up and all the bolts are tight so its not leakin fluid.... any help??

I had the same problem on my 86 4Runner a while back, so i just went ahead and replaced the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder, it was less than 50.00 dollars at Napa so i did both, everything was good after that, so you might need to replace the slave cylinder also.
