i've been to every parts store around here. (no yota dealer here) my running lights etc and grill and taped to the frame (looks horrible but it holds them on)

where do you get the clips ? or who else has the plastic falling apart syndrome

Most hardware and Auto Parts stores will have them, it is just a matter of looking in the right places...
