clinometer install?

Does anybody have the EXACT measurements of where the baseplate for a toyota clinometer should be installed on the dash? As in left to right, front to back, etc. It's going to go in an '87 4WD pickup. I'm going to attempt it in about another 40 minutes, so any help would be appreciated

From how it's always looked to me,
they seemed to just mount them as close to the driver side
as they could while keeping it in that shallow part of the dash.

It doesn't seem to fit very well where I have it with the dash pad installed though, and I want it to look factory in appearance

Seriously, though, the search function is your
friend. Just be glad you heard it from me and not some
of the other members here..

I did search, and I found that website, but it didn't answer my question. But thanks anyway . I figured it out though, the dash was pre-drilled for a clinometer, so it was just a matter of drilling out the foam and then bolting it on. Still need to wire the backlight though......

Cool I'm glad you got it figured out.
I wasn't trying to be a jerk with my last post in this thread,
I just wanted to make sure that you were aware of the search
function before some of the YT grouches stumbled upon your thread.

Ya know?
