chevy axles

i know this is a pretty newb question but locally someone is selling a set of axles from a 71 blazer and was wondering if it would be a ton of work to get them under the yota when i decide to do a sas or if i should just keep looking for toyota axles. i need both front and rear being my truck a 2wd

here is the link describing the sale

You could do it. Itll just be wide. How do you plan on doing it? Leafs? And those are only 1/2 ton axles, but still pretty strong for a light little yota.

It would be a neat project.

12 bolt is not exactly a desireable axle...
if you are gonna do full width axles do it once and do it right
60 upfront with a 60/70 or corp 14 bolt in the back...

but for ease of making it streetable (if that is a concern) stick with Toy axles like Tofer said...
