check engine light
throwing a code 12 and 22 engine speed (rpm)sensor circuit and ect sensor circuit so any help getting me back on the road would be greatly appreciated just had the the hole top end rebuilt so dont want to mess any thing up.the heads pressure tested shaved all new gaskets water pump,timing belt,valve's reseated,water pump ......

Hmmmm..........well, you're going to have to mess with something. And, most likely it's electrical.
Might start by checking the connectors, first. Check the wires. Then, I'd test the components.......even at the ECU. Poor connections just after a rebuild is pretty common, though.
