Put on a new timing chain. I cranked it and I heard a clickety-clickety-clickety for a couple seconds before disappearing. It sounded like the chain, not sure. Haven't gotten it to start yet but I've gotten it to backfire. It's a 22R motor, Napa timing chain kit.

 

sounds like the t chain tensioner pumping up with oil.

 

I figured it may be that. Probably other issues with starting then? I hope so. I'll try messing with the ignition timing some
