Center Cap help

ok so I've beat the living hell out of my center caps surrounding my manual hubs trying to get them off. WD40, PB Blaster, chiseled, hammered.....to no avail. Anyone have a better idea?

Pics of what you've got might help. There's many different rims/caps both stock and aftermarket.

Had to peal my after market caps off like a beer car.
Cut as far in with tin snips and used vice grips to start pealing.
When I got close to the center it gave way and slipped off.

Ridiculous American Racing open center caps around the manual hub. I swear it almost looks like they are welded to the hub. I've soaked them overnight with blaster and am hoping they will budge this afternoon. I've done wheels with slide through center caps a dozen times and have seen them stick, but never like this.
