So, here's the deal. I just rebuilt my motor and I'm getting a CEL Code 4 which is a short or open water thermo sensor. I already replaced the water thermo sensor and am still getting the code 4.

A little more background, the motor is a 22re with the 22rte ecu, harness and injectors. I know the rte motors have 2 extra thermo sensors on the thermostat housing. Since I am not using these on the re motor, could that throw the code?



Any ideas?
