Can't find new fuel sending unit

Can't find new fuel sending unit
I dropped the tank in my 87 22r and found it to be full of rust so I ordered a new tank and when I pulled the sending unit out I realized it looks like someone put a 22re tank in there before I got it and now the 22re sending unit won't fit my new 22r sending unit, I've looked online can't seem to find one....any suggestions?
