Can u help out identify this lines

I am currently removing vacuum lines, I cant seem to figure what these lines are(next to the pen). I believe they where hooked up to the carcoal canister, and they also lead to the gas tank. I replace oem carb and intake with a weber/offenhauser setup. Should i just block them
off?

Just trace them back to their source.

Yeah it goes to your vapor canister. That's the Vapor line from the gas tank.

You should leave the charcoal canister in place, otherwise you have fumes from your gas tank venting to the air and that could be dangerous if a spark or some other heat source should ignite the vapors.
