I say no, b/c the heads are completely different... But a good cheap way to tell is match up the 3 and 5VZ's upper/lower intake gaskets.

there is no possible way to glorify the 3vz. its been tried, over and over again. Even in my case. I have headers, and an intake on it. It's still a gutless gas hog. which is why i'm swapping in the 3.4. Research it, it's really not as hard as many say it is, just time consuming. If you are wanting it to be 100% plug n play, there are pre assembled wiring harness and cross overs you can purchase from various companies.

Im in no way trying to glorify the 3vze, i just saw an ad for a 3.4 with a broken camshaft pulley for 200 bucks, lol? just loookin to see how hard it would be to swap out that POS.
