a/c and stalling

a/c and stalling
All winter long I haven't had any problems with idle speed on my 94 4runner 3vze. I turned on the a/c today and the idle speed was fine. Came back out and started the 4runner and it sat at 400rpm and died. Started it again and the same thing. Turned the a/c max and it idles fine. The a/c boost the idle enough to keep it running. Turn off the a/c and it dies. This only happens after using the a/c. Could this be a a/c compresor lube problem overloading the recharging system. I check the freon levels and they are fine.

it's odd that it would randomly start doing it
there's actually an adjustable dial under the dash on the passenger side behind the glove box that you can turn to stop this. it adjust the RPM that the AC will disengage at. it will keep the engine from stalling, but it's also going to make your AC not work at idle...
but aside from that band-aid, it sounds like your AC idle up solenoid or the idle up valve itself is going out
