A/C Problems

Hey guys. I have a 95 4Runner, 3.0, 4x4.

my a/c has decided to stop kicking on. the compressor is not locked up. i can run the hot lead from the clutch coil straight to the batter and the clutch will engage and start cooling, but it will not engage using the switch inside the truck. the freon level is correct. is there any sort of sensor or relay that could have died on me... if so, where would they be located?

thanks again,

cid_4r

I assume you have checked the fuses?

The a/c fuses are located on the passenger side, under the dash.

I looked under the passenger side, and did not see any fuses. Do I need to remove anything to see them?

Thanks
