Bought my '86 5 yrs ago and A/C was not charged/switched (says guy I bought from) Just got a new belt and switch over kit, but I think there is supposed to be a tension pulley on lower side........there's not. Am I correct in this?

Pretty sad when you can pull a motor out of one, rebuild and put it back in........but don't know anything about an A/C, as have never had A/C on one.
