Hey, guys, I am new on here and was looking for some advice.

I am looking into buying a 1995 4runner with 280***km on the clock it is the 2.8L engine and apparently has full-service history with timing belt and water pump recently done. It has a new radiator in it as well. To me, it seems like he has put quite a bit of work into it. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to go for it and if so how much I should expect to pay. and also what I should look for and ask about which would be specific to the 4runners when I go and inspect the car?

I also have a concern given that these 4runners are not turbo do they lack power and are they sluggish? If so what mods could I do to get better power?
