I have an 86 2wd with that horrible 3-piece front bumper. Want to put in a 1-piece. I was able to find the main brackets for the 1-piece. And I got the fender side brackets along with the bumper side bracket. See the picture...

I can't understand how the bumper or valance will attach using that hardware.

It certainly won't work with the existing 3-piece fender brackets. See the picture.

I can't even find the same fender bracket in any of the parts diagrams (for the bumper or the fender) See the diagrams..

What would really be nice is if I could see a picture of the fender bracket and side bumper bracket installed, without the bumper attached. Or get a look at a diagram from the collision manual.
