Bumper compatability

I found an ad for a warn winch bumper off of a 1991 pickup. Will this fit my 88 4Runner?

You can absolutely make it fit. It might fit as is. Most of those Warn winch bumpers are kind of universal. They just have different brackets. If you have found a deal on one, buy it.
