Broken Bolt on Intake Plenum Help Please
I was replacing the Cold Start Injector Gasket when I over-tightened the rear nut and the bolt twisted off.
What is the cheapest, simplest, quickest way to fix this? I know have a bad intake leak.
Thanks very much.

take the injector back out and you should be able to turn the broken stud with a pick or pocket screwdriver by hand. if that doesn't work, a cheap left left handed screw extractor kit from home depot or somewhere should get it out real easy.

x2 bolt/screw extractor.
If that don't work then you can drill it out(after removing the plenum so no drill shavings end up in the cylinders). Depending on how that goes, you can either just clean the threads up and install a new stud. Or drill the hole out bigger, retap it, and install a larger stud(and nut, should be M6, so let's say M8 would be the next biggest size). I wouldn't worry about the recess in the mounting flange on the CSI, as in it doesn't need to be bigger if you're going to use a larger nut(though you may need to drill out the hole in the center of it to allow for the wider stud).
EDIT: What do you want to do, as far as replacing it(if you can)? Metric nuts and bolts(or studs) are easy enough to find. Do you need the part numbers, so you can replace them with stock parts?

Well there is a bolts place here in town and I would like to extract that existing bolt and replace it directly without changing anything. Is this a correct procedure?

Sorry if that was confusing ^^
But yes, I would definitely just like to replace the stud...
Would the bolts place have it or would I have to order it especially?
p.s. while we are on the topic of studs, I also need a stop screw/stud for the throttle opener (correct term?) . . .

Any place with a decent nuts and bolts department should have something that will work. Ace/True Value would for sure. I'm pretty sure what you need is going to be M6 x 1.0.
On that throttle opener stop screw, you probably won't find that anywhere(exactly matching atleast). But you might find something that will work, or that you can make work. You'd be lucky to find one in a junkyard, and Toyota doesn't sell too many throttle body parts. But it looks like they might sell that one though. The part number I found that I think is for it, is also the part number for the dash pot adjusting screw. So if it looks like the dash pot adjusting screw is the same part, the part number for it is 22216-73020. The nut for it is 94115-40500.

If you have a welder and there is a little bit of broken bolt sticking out (not broke off flush) just put a nut on it and weld the nut to the broken bolt, then try to unthread it. I do it all the time at work. Sometimes you have to get the bolt red hot after welding the nut on,and then douse it with water to shock it. Only have to do that if a lot of corrosion is holding it in.
