Exclamation Brakes Not Working

Good Day All,
I have a 1989 Toyota Pick Up 4x4. It sat parked for a few years and I recently wanted to put it back on the road. I have run into a problem with the brakes. The right side caliper was hung up and i changed it out, thats were the problems started.

I now have not pedal it goes to the floor and will lock up the brakes

I have changed the master cylinder and put a new brake booster on it and bleed the brakes over and over and over.
I also have idol surge

HELP

Did you bleed the LSPV? There is an order to bleeding the brake system in the FSM.

Without a thorough search, what I see in my 1988 FSM says to begin bleeding at the longest hydraulic line, which if memory serves me has to be the rear drivers side I think, and then it just says bleed each wheel. So I guess I'd move to the rear passenger and then front passenger, and then front driver. Then it says to bleed the LSPV.

Are your rear shoes adjusted? Does the parking brake work?
