bolt sizes?

bolt sizes?
There are 2 12mm bolts that hold the clutch slave cylinder to the side of the bellhousing, does anyone know what length they are?
Also, the PO of my truck stripped out the lower starter bolt hole in the bellhousing.
... but that bolt only threaded into the the bellhousing maybe half way before it bottoms out. anyone know what size that bolt is supposed to be?
