Yep, I'm up in the Daytona area. We're up to 25" of rain since Sunday!

it's rained everyday down here too. nothing wrong with it. it only makes the woods wetter. think of how much better that'll be when you get your truck running

I think it takes a few years for us to tally up 25" of precipitation. The last time we got rainfall that heavy, one of my cars was buried in 25" of mud.

I think when you do end up with your final list of parts needed from the dealership make sure to make a list on here because Im sure this thread will reach sticky status if things like that are included in it!! Keep up the good work!

p.s. We got .53 inches of rain and we were so excited hahaha

so I get bored at night

don't ask about the song; if it bothers you, mute it no I can't understand what the lyrics are saying either, I just like the beat and the "mood" it sets

no more work done yet

gotta wait till my pistons among other parts to come in next week via engnbldr so that I can get the block out of my way, then I'll get the injector's sent out to be re-worked, order the new head and place my random LCE order, get my alt rebuilt, and start some more cleaning and painting

things are going to start falling into place in the next two weeks

I thought the pins would require some heating of the piston to get in? Or is that just to remove the old ones...

oh trust me, the "coins" are tight I cut back on a LOT of the things I had originally wanted to do back before the rebuild was about to happen. In all honesty, I pictured either a turbo build, or a stroker build... but both are WAY expensive so a stock bottom end, .30 over, and a head with oversized valves, a bigger cam, and a header and exhaust kit should do me fine

thank you though!
