Black electrical plug under RF fender??

1990 toyota 2wd 22r. I replaced the front end on my toyota recently and ever since it doesnt run very well at all. I'm wondering if I unplugged something I wasnt supposed to. Does anyone know what this plug is for? Is it under the right front fender in with the wires for headlight and corner light.
