Question A bit of a klunk when turning full lock to lock

I've noticed that my truck makes a a bit of a klunk when turning to full lock either left or right. Is this typical for an IFS to do that? All of the joints are new and fully greased, so I don't think anything is binding. But it kinda sounds like it.

What about your idler or pitman arm? Those can max out on travel, too, and make racket.

Idler, pitman, tie rods, ball joints, a-arm bushings are all new.

I don't think it's the steering stops. The klunk occurs before it reaches the stops. But I'll try putting some grease on them anyway. The plastic caps are still in place on them.
