better way to seal front end?

if this has been asked before i apologize but its been about a month or two since i stripped my front end to grease and repack bearings and hubs and spindle bushings etc. today i was going through my brakes and was going to change my rotors but when i got back into my hub my new timkin outer wheel bearings were spent. they had been well packed with synthetic bearing grease and my hub was full of mud and water. i changed the wheel seals obviously last time but they also i would assume failed. yes i drive my truck off road but i dont daily and am not in mud all that much anymore. i thought i was good about greacing things regularly is anyone else having this issue? is there a way to seal it better? am i doing something wrong? like not greasing them enough? i do it generally with the start of each season. idk this just sucks any help would be nice. not only am i doing front and rear brakes but now rotors wheel seals and bearings. not to mention a popping lower ball joint...like always any help is appreciated. also if it matters my truck is a 1993 22re lock in hubs.

New gaskets, seals and o-rings (as the little one in the end of the hub dial).

Manual hub dial o-ring
Manual hub dial star gasket
Manual hub round gasket

Unless its coming in the back side of your wheel hub, then you need those gaskets and seals.

I used RTV for all the hub gaskets (save the o-ring), it worked well.
