bed removal help

I recently bought a 90 4x4 truck and it has a 3 inch body lift and i'm wanting to remove it and i cannot get the bed off, the bolts turn and the nut turns also (the nut is on top and bolt head on bottom) and there is no way to put a wrench on it to hold it. so what should i do, cut them or just leave it like it is or what, it has 33x12.50 on it now and i'm going to 31x10.50 and i think it won't look too good with the lift on.

If you don't care then just go ahead and cut them, you can buy new bolts at a hardware store. Get grade 8 bolts.
And you're right, 31s with a 3in lift wont look good.
You're gonna be better off without the body lift, if you want a lift later down the road get a suspension lift.

Cut the bolt heads off, remove filler neck stuff, tail lights, and pick the bed off.

Don't forget to conscript some friends, be a little hard to get the bed off by yourself.
