baja rack mounted on 90 pickup

I ordered the baja mule rack from trdparts4u.com (dealt with Gerone). Great guy to deal with. I ordered it on Tuesday and had it on Wed.(I'm next door in Okla). I modified the mounts a little to fit my topper. I also got the hi-lift jack mount and shovel & ax mount. Anyway, I thought I would post a few pics for anyone thinking about a rack in the future. Thanks to trdparts4u and gerone

Looks good man. I was going to do the same thing with my shell. Any idea how much weight these things can hold? Since they are fiberglass I wouldnt wanna put too much weight up there.

Mak,, the price was around 473. for everything sent to my door. the rack is somewhere in the neighborhood of 277.00,,, the prices are on trdparts4u.com website, tell them you are a member of YT.

ohyeacrx- not sure on the weight they can hold, but the rack says something like 150 or 130. Pretty sure my topper can hold that much but I doubt I ever come close to that. The jack wont be up there much and mostly it will be folding chairs, tackle boxes and camping stuff to keep the bed from getting so cluttered. I did put backing plates on the inside to keep any flexing to a min.

lol,, it looks taller than what it is,,, I made a removable step(got the idea from someone on here, but can't remember who). It lets me get on the slider real easy, then I can stand on the top of the back tire and get to everything real easy,,,,

pic of the removable step

and the step installed,,, I call it my FCS (fat chick step)

glad you all like it,,,, ,,,, ,,,,

Thanks guys,,,, yoder,,, some of the specs are trailgear sas(four in ft and five in back). Its an auto so I went with 5:71 gears and powertrax no slips in ft. and back. 35 inch tires, ft. long spline double cardin driveshaft from southbay driveline and also a rear DC driveshaft from southbay. dirty thirtys from trailgear, allpro sliders, AOR ft. bumper, 8500lb superwinch, and electric seats out of a 2000 camaro and a few other odd and ends,,,,,

God that looks like crap.... I'll tell you what. I'll give you 700$ for the rack and just leave the truck attached to it, I'll be the bigger person and take all of that off of your hands to make you feel better.....

KIDDING!!! That looks freaking GREAT!!!!! Well done on the install and I flat love the FCS!!
