Anyone use Jeep YJ leafs for rear swap?

They are only 45" from eye to eye, but, if i used a 3" lift shackle for toy rear would that possibly net me 4" total lift over stock? I need to sit down and do some measurements, but if anyone has any experience...
thanks,
jb

I geuss the first question would be, what vehicle are they going in and the answer would be no, don't bother. You want better flex along with lift, so a SHORTER than stock spring, is not the way to go. Look into the chevy spring swap, you can get as much or as little lift as you want from that.
