Antilock brake sensor location

Don't jump on me 'cause I've tried to search it out first.

I had thought that I had seen that the antilock brake sensor was located in the differential. I got under my 4WD 2nd Gen Saturday and I'll darn if I can see it. Is there more than location for the sensor? Or do I remember wrong?

With the rear only ABS the sensor is in the rear diff, with the 4 wheel ABS there is one sensor in each wheel. They switched to 4 wheel in 94 or 95 I think.

Our trucks had a REAR abs option only... the abs speed sensor is located on top of the rear 3rd member.
