Another No 4wd Question

Good morning. I recent saved a 92 ExCab Pickup SR5 with 3.0 automatic. I purchased it with a snapped timing belt for $350. I took the risk because the body was rust free and the auto trans was replaced 10k miles ago. It also had a rebuilt rear diff. I changed the timing belt, water pump, and other parts that pertain to this. The truck started and runs beautiful. I had no 4wd until I started searching here. I now have 4wd but a couple of things I can figure out.

1. When they replaced the auto trans, the linkage for the 4wd was off. When I shifted into 4Hi, I heard the click from the ADD relay. No light came on though. I did not feel any difference in the drive and thats when I realized that it wasn't in 4wd. I fixed this by loosing the adjuster bolt under the truck, and then while under the truck, I shifted the lever on the trans to 4Lo. I then climbed in the truck and moved the lever to 4Lo. After I tightened the adjuster bolt and tested it. I took it on the front grass and shifted to 4Lo. I felt the truck go into 4wd now! Easy fix!

2. The 4wd light would not come on now. I checked the bulb and the bulb was good. I jumped the plug and the light wouldn't come on either. While laying under the truck, I looked up and followed the wire to another plug by the oil pressure plug. A wire was broken at that second plug!! I cut that plug out of the equation and spliced in new wire. I plugged it back in to the indicator sensor and shifted the truck into 4wd. The light now comes on!!! Sweet!

Here are the issues I am having now:

1. When I shift into 4Lo, the light turns off.
2. The ADD sleeve is engaged at all times (I cannot spin the axel in 2wd)
3. I think the two VSV's are sucking backwards (Brown is sucking in 2wd, and Blue is sucking in 4wd)
4. I replaced the vacuum lines going to the ADD actuator and the thing does not move.

Does anyone have any ideas to help me fix this? I do want the ADD system to work like it supposed to.

Thanks,

Chris
