Another Idle look over

Hey guys, i know there are plenty of ads regarding 3VZE idles but they don't seem to cover the issue i'm running into. Anyway my truck seems to have a strange idle where on cold start up it will start at 800-900 and then get up to about 1300-1600 rpms. Once the truck is at operating temperature it will remain at 1200-1300 rpms, after driving around for a few minutes it might drop to 1100 -1300. Theres even the occasional time the idle will surge for a bit. That is already above the normal, now to make things a bit weirder, if the truck has been turned off for maybe 10 minutes upon the next start up it will idle at 500 and slowly make its way to 900-1100 rpms. Any idles on where i should start to look? There are no vacuum leaks, i've already checked those. Also i'm running a cold air intake if that helps. Thanks for the help.

All sounds pretty normal except this part:

if the truck has been turned off for maybe 10 minutes upon the next start up it will idle at 500 and slowly make its way to 900-1100 rpms.
Probably just a dirty idle air circuit. If it bugs you that bad then remove your throttle body and clean everything real good.

I was pretty sure the factory idle was 800 and not 1100. Not trying to be rude but there is quite a big difference in noise. I would preferably want to run what it was suppose when it originally rolled off the lot. And the idle screw is tightened all the way.

Idle at operating temp. When fully warmed up it should be 800. They idle higher the colder they get. Its built in, nothing you can do about it. Some reach 2,000rpms when really cold. Try turning the idle down more.

Change the o-ring on the idle air screw and see if that helps.

This indicates you have air coming in somewhere it shouldn't.
