Alignment issue

Alignment issue

I was trying to align my front end tonight but I could not even budge the camber adjusters. Anyone have this problem before? Anybody have any sugestions? thanks.

The camber bolts are probably seized to the bushings inside the control arm. I had to cut all 4 out on my truck, and get new bolts and even control arms.
