So without thinking I snagged what I thought were complete locking hubs for my 92 4runner. Turns out theu are missing the housing. My question is: do the housing show up for saoe ever? Or am I better of selling them and buying a full set?


Ps if anyone has the housings that would be cool too.

 

The housing is pretty much the majority of the hub assembly. I doubt anybody is going to sell the housing without the face. I'd look for the whole shebang.

 

I got quite a few just let me check that they will work for you.

Heck I will send them for the mailing cost!!

Would you also need the cone washers as well??

Inferno...the caps came with everything but the housings. Sprungs and all that good stuff is there.

 

Did you win an auction on eBay? I was watching that auction and was gonna buy, but the price went up too high for just the innards. All I need is the two fowler pawls and spring between pawls and clutch sprocket. Good luck finding just parts. I have been looking for months to no avail. I actually got quoted $50.00 for just those 4 parts. If anyone has parts, they usually want to rape you for them.

 

Yeah I did win em on ebay. I need to start paying better attentionn I guess. Everything I recieved is in good shape though sans new paint.
