AC pulley

AC pulley
Anyone know of availability of the air conditioning pulley for a 22re compressor. Nippodenso 10PA. 137mm in diameter. A Taiwan supplier is out of them and asked me if a 143mm would work. I have no idea if the difference would effect working range rpm to make a difference. It came out of a 1989 pickup 2wd auto trans 22re and it is going into a 87 runner with manual trans and p/s. Trying to do the rebuild myself. Suggestions appreciated.
Thanks

If the arbor size is correct, and sufficient clearance exists for the idler pulley to clear the compressor pulley, no worries.
I have been able to substitute the older, rebuildable larger diameter pulleys in some applications, and found that they would NOT work in others.
You ought to be able to make a couple measurements to decide if the larger diameter one will work for you.

Look at the idler pulley for your power steering, most of this vintage 22re's have a power steering tensioning pulley with a bearing that might be pressed out after removal of a retaining ring..
You can do this rebuild your self.
Those are often able to be substituted for the AC pully along with substitution of their arbor. which is a different diameter than the original AC pulleys.
I have secured several from the wrecking yards to use in my machines.
As I said before, sometimes the larger diameter will serve, and sometimes they won't.

Clutch material on face of pulley that mounts on compressor.

Sorry I misunderstood.
I have never put new clutch parts on an AC compressor and got long lasting good results.
When there are clutch issues, I buy a new compressor.
Usually when the clutch is gone, the compressor/seals are not far behind.
