My Toyota dealer was able to find me the compressor bracket with tensioner pulley
And the compressor as well. Although the manifold atop compressor and clutch were not available.
I sourced the clutch kit from the company I have been buying AC parts from for over 25 years out of Tx.

#3 goes to an Engine Coolant Switch that is ONLY present on 4wd Autos. That's because the people who drive those are especially big and bad, and don't need no darned cold air when climbing big hills!
I don't think it's ever seen with the 22re. ('Cause those drivers are never big or bad.)
The A/C Cutoff relay is in a round can, mounted next to the evaporator.
