But you stood up for yourself & you asked for it even if you didn't win. In my books that counts for a lot; you were heard. If enough people get heard, something might change. If they are doing that kind of work nationwide, something sure needs to change! I know people that if this happened to them it'd destroy them because they can only afford to have something done one time & if it's wrong that's it, no go & buy another car or just eat it; they're screwed.

well I dont think that I will ever deal with them
