A340 Automatc Transmission will not engage in Drive

A340 Automatc Transmission will not engage in Drive
My 1992 4Runner (+400K Miles) 3VZE RW A340 Automatc Transmission has been slipping in Drive for a few months and now will not move forward in Drive at all. It does engage in Reverse and moves backward. Any words of wisdom? Would be appreciated. Any recommended A340 automatic transmission shops in the Dallas, Texas Metroplex Area?
