95 truck will not start

Hello,
I have a 95 truck that will not start It turns over fine, has spark, but will not start. I have replaced the fuel filter and not sure where to go from here. Realize it could be the pump but dont want to spend the money unless I am sure. Is there any sensors etc.. that could cause this to happen? Thank you so much in advance for your help!!!
Bobby

Thanks for your reply....
Excuse my ignorance but what is a "kickpanel" and what does it do?

talking about the fuses in the cab. and dont just through parts at the truck. you can find a fuel pressure tester and test it to make sure. is one is to turn the key on and put your ear to the tank and listen for the pump.

you have three fuse panels/distribution panels in your truck there is one under the hood, one in the drivers side kickpanel (this is the panel to the left of where your foot sits while you drive most likely there are several marks on it from you kicking it) and there is a third behind the glove box (this is primarily for A/C related stuff no need to look in it)

stick you head in the truck in front of the seat and look to the left most trim piece you should see a outline pop that out line out an bingo fuses

when you first turn the key to the on position the fuel pump should kick on, if you dont take a rubber mallet and with the key in the off position beat the tank real good if you turn the car to on and it works pumps the issue if it still wont you may have another probelm.

check fuses and things before buying a pump
