First, Hello. Good stuff here.

My power door locks will not work right. I cannot hit "unlock" from the driver switch and it work. It will lock from that switch. The lock works fine from the pass. side and using the keys. I replaced the master switch. Same symptom.

Any ideas???

Are you getting power to the switch?

 

Yes, everything works except the ability to unlock from the master switch. It will lock from there, windows work. Just cant hit unlock and have it happen. Again this is a new switch I installed to fix the problem. It did not change a thing.

 

Was just looking at the tech manual. Looks like it might be the door lock control relay? Guess I'll have a look. Sounds like a pricey dealer item...

 

Any resolution to this issue? I have the exact same issue and a new door lock switch did not correct it either.

 

No, got sidetracked on rebuilding the engine. Got that done now... still haven't messed with the lock but I am convinced it is the relay. Sorry I can not help more. Let me know if you try it and it works. I'll be looking for a relay soon.
