95 4runner cigarette lighter removal?

95 4runner cigarette lighter removal?
Hi folks. I think I fried my fusible link;on my lighter; running a airpump and I don't know how to remove the unit from the dashto repair it. I don't want to bust the dash just prying on it, I removed the dash piece under the area but it doesn't give me access to the lighter.Do I have to remove the entire lower dash to get to it or will the recepticle just pull out somehow?

ya gotta remove the radio trim start with the 3 screws for the glove box and remove your heater control knobsthen the 2 screws from the drivers knee panel and gentaliy pull the radio trim from thepush in mounts and youll have acsess to the lighter
