So of course my 4 runner is afflicted with the @$$ sag that all do. Currently running Bilstein HD's on all four corners, and 32" Hankook MT's. She rides like a charm and handles everything thrown at her yet, just wish it didn't sag. Anybody come across a good remedy that doesnt make it ride like a coffee table and rattle your fillings loose? Oh, and anyone relocate their fuel tank to the spare tire spot under the rear for symmetrical clearance in front of the 4-link? it's killing me having to angle some spots where it's tight so i dont scrape the tank. Keep rockin!!!

 

Coil spring spacers can help with the sag if you are otherwise happy with the springs. As the spring rate is unaffected with spacers, the ride is pretty much the same:

My '93 had the famous 4runner rear drag and my research landed me to the OME rear coils. Everyone I asked said that the way to go... but if your looking for a cheap way around it, Daystar makes a rear coil spacer that will lift its rear 11/2" and it only costs around $40... but the spacer is just kinda a band-aid. I would suggest getting the new coils.

If you lift the back any more then stock hight, you should get some ball joint spacers to lift the front.

ome 901hd's and 1.5" control arm spacers give you a nice level look. Although if you don't want to do anything up front, some spacers in the back would do the leveling trick. I wouldn't give up my ome's coils or torsion bars now that I have them.
