Man, this is too easy.. For further reference, try posting some details of your truck, such as 22re/3vze, single/xtra cab, etc. Definitely try searching next time.

If you have a 4 cylinder, get a header (many companies make them for the 22R-E), and a good muffler. I think the recommended size exhaust pipe is 2.25", but I'm not too sure on that. Maybe someone else will chime in.
