94 pickup 2wd spring over axle?

Pretty much looking for some information, help, pictures.. whatever. I have some ideas in my head that i'd like to share but have no clue if they would even work. I don't see why not.. but i haven't been much of a wheeler that upgrades his u bolts and springs

Pretty much; currently my truck is lowered in the front by the torsions; im assuming backed off all the way.. and the rear has what looks like 3-4" lowering blocks under it. They will be taken out tomorrow... I have some aftermarket UCA's and downey torsions on the way to lift the front, and want to do a SOA conversion on the rear.. one for ground clearance (my shock mounts are about 2" from pavement at the moment!!!) and two because I want to put 31" tires on the truck. Don't wanna hear negative thoughts about doing it.. just help lol.

currently my rear axle (in order from bottom to top) is shock plate, leaf springs, lowering block, some metal sheathing in a rectangle shape, and leaf perch mount. At first I was thinking all I had to do was weld some new leaf mounts on top of the axle, and be done with it but the more I think about it i don't think that will work smoothly. I wanted to keep my shock mount on the bottom, but i'm pretty sure its flat on top to mate properly with the leaf springs stock. Where as 4x4 trucks don't have the leaf perch on bottom, so their shock mount is curved to tuck into the axle. And that begins my new thoughts!

Could I just essentially take all the parts from the 4x4 to do this conversion? hear me out. I buy new leaf perches and weld them ontop of the axle; i cut off the old stock ones underneath and then use the 4wd shock mounts against my axle, u-bolts, and the 4wd top mount that incorporates the rubber stopper from bottoming out. Would that work?

here's a picture to essentially show the parts I want to use..

So what do you guys think? I know the axle sizes are probably a different diameter but I didn't think it would be such a large difference that the bottom shock mounts wouldn't still work on my 7.5" 2wd axle.
