93 T100 3vz-e idling issues
New here and hoping someone can help me figure out my issues with idling (I have googled and read many many many forums and noone seems to have the issue I am having,) for starters because I'm not sure if it is realevant I will give a backstory on the truck and what I have done. The truck blew a rear brake line and was parked for 3 years by the previous owner and was given to me, it is a 1993 T100 RWD Base with the 3.0 3VZ-E engine, it did not run and found out it was the fuel pump so below is a list of everything I have done up to the current day.
New fuel pump
New sending unit
New fuel lines
New Fuel filter
Replaced almost all vacuum lines (didnt have the super large size that there is a few of)
New plug wires (NGK)
New plugs (NGK)
New rotor
New distributor cap
Flushed coolant system (super flush)
New radiator (with proper toyota coolant red/pink)
New thermostat
New radiator cap
Electric fan conversion with temp control module
Added cruise control (rostra)
SR5 Cluster swap with LED's
New Brake lines
Oil Change
New Muffler
Everything in the truck works perfectly (shifts good, clutch solid, A/C, Heat even the dome light, no check engine light on) 128k miles
When I finished the fuel pump the truck would always high idle (roughly 1500 RPM) but was consistent, turning the air/fuel screw did little to nothing, read online that coolant runs through there and triggers a valve that shuts off air when the coolant is warm, so removed the throttle assembly flushed that and have adjusted it(IACV?) about 10 times and that allows the fuel/air screw to now operate properly can set my rpm with no issue. The issue is to my understanding it should idle higher when cold then slowly come down as it warms up however mine does the oposite, it idles very low and as it warms up idles high. So I have to every morning turn the fuel/air screw out a turn or 2 so it will run above 200 RPMs then once its warmed up turn it back down to around 800-900 RPMs and I have to do this every cold start, further more today for example I had it set at 1100 RPM at idle and after a 25 miles drive to work I sat in my truck about 5 mins and at the end of 5 mins it had went from idling at 1100 RPM's to about 450 RPMs yet I didnt change anything and it was obviously fully warmed up. I am out of ideas at this point and not sure what I need to check next, I have cleaned the entire throttle body and adjusted that iac valve multiple times even using the sinks hot water to make sure it closes etc, I have checked for vacuum leaks with carb cleaner while running and have found none, what else could the problem be? What am i missing?
Edit: Forgot I did test the TPS with a fluke multimeter and it is perfectly within spec and clean, also noticed a small ammount of oil in throttle body so replacing pcv tomorrow hopefully that fixes that.
