93 pickup Owners manual???

any1 find where I can look at one??
does my truck need to be put in reverse to take it out of 4WD??
my 88 4runner has manual hubs so its easy...

I m so noob..

lil help?

From: Grew up in S.C.V, So Cal.....now in Hampstead, NC
In my old '91 truck with the m/t, I had to put it in reverse and roll back 'bout a ft to disengauage the t-case after unlocking the hubs......

No, you dont have to roll backwards to get it out of 4wd. You have ADD (lock flanges not hubs), once you shift it into 2wd you are ready to go. Somtimes tension builds up and requires letting off the throttle or tapping the brakes to get things to switch.

Auto hub equipped trucks/4runners had to be backed up to get the hubs unlocked (mid to late 80's option only).
