93 Pickup bad front hub/rotor problem

Long time lurker here, I've searched and can't seem to find a thread on this. So last week I was driving out of the woods on a gravel road when my front right tire started grinding and then it just LOCKED UP. It eventually freed up but still kept locking up. I barely limped home with it doing this every 10-15 minutes or so. I pulled the hub and rotor assembly off to find 2 of the spindle bolts sheared off and 3 of the bolts that mount the rotor to the hub mangled and pretty F****d up. Also the rotor was worn with a pretty good sized hole in it???

And

Background info:
1993 Pickup V6 4wd
Aisen manual hubs (Still good)
Rotor/caliper/ pads replaced 8 months ago driven less than 1k miles
Wheel bearings (Still good)
Caliper not seized, pins and clips were intact
33x12.5 BFG A/Ts

I'm honestly puzzled about how this could of happened??? I'd appreciate some thoughts on this from you guys. Thanks in advance
-Andrew

That is basically the same reason I got my 1994 4Runner dirt cheap.

A family member thought they could save some $$ on a brake job and didn't have a clue how to do it. When I got the truck home and took it apart I found a similar mess.
A bolt had backed out and jammed the rotor between the caliper.

I would have a talk with whoever did your brakes
